Ideal Playoff Scenario for West Coast Cubs Fans

With less than one week left in the regular season and the Cubs magic number at 4, I’m ready to talk playoffs. While the 2007 National League playoff race is still Cubs fans like myself, with potential opponents including Arizona, San Diego, and *gulp* a potential World Series showdown vs. Anaheim.

I went ahead and secured tickets for the first two games of the NL Division Series against the Cubs most-likely opponent, the Arizona Diamondbacks. A short trip from LA, and tickets are easy to attain tickets via the Dbacks presale (just register at their site and they’ll send you a code). Any other LA-based Cubs fans starting to get extremely excited?
