This morning’s CNN poll presents more shocking data on the majority of Americans’ belief that the first amendment may be too lenient.
All this in response to a ruling by a Michigan judge that a man’s first amendment rights were violated when he was arrested for saying “goddamn.”
So, cursing = bad, but lying = OK?
